Re-direct visitors after changing domain-name?

  I changed the domain name and deleted the old domain name, is it possible to re-direct visitors to my new domain name if they are re-directed to the old?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Did you delete the old SITE? If so, you will require staff intervention. If not, you can just go to the dashboard of that site and purchase the redirect upgrade.
