  I want to build a commerce store using one of your themes and I want to add a plug in that allows my customers design their own product. Is this something I can do on wordpress? I also want to know if normal person can build the site- is it coded?

  No I’m sorry. What you need is to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and then set up a WordPress.ORG install. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  It will be extremely difficult to build that in a secure fashion, therefore it will be quite expensive to set up. You will need to hire someone who can do this. It’s not a beginner task.
