Someone I know on Facebook has posted a PLEA regarding WordPress. She has tried to contact you with no results. Please contact her immediately. Thank You WordPress.
This is from her, “Does anyone know how to get wordpress.com to respond? I really don’t know what to do. I’m seeking legal counsel to see if they can do anything to get a response from wordpress. I’ve been trying to renew my domain for months and the site doesn’t allow me access to do that, tells me I need to get permission from the site administrator, which is me. It also says I have no upgrades. I’ve been posting quite a bit to the forum and no response. Today my very prized domain name, which is my own name, is going to auction. Please, can you or someone help?

I think she is not logging in as the proper account for the renewal

Today my very prized domain name, which is my own name, is going to auction
Note: Domain names do not and cannot go to auction in the click of a finger or wink of an eye. It takes ignoring repeated renew your domain notices over a period of months time to even get to the point where the grace period for the expired domain runs out for non-payment.
