  Last time I tried to access my blog NOAH’S RAINBOW SERPENT (NRS: https://noahsarc.wordpress.com/) it was closed for all new entries. Now it appears to be open again. As I do not need two blogs, I would like to close down NRS #2, revert to just NRS and carry on from there. So can I have a refund of the money I paid this morning please? You have my credit card number, and I am just a retiree with limited income.
