  Expected a refund 10 days ago. Email from WordPress states 7 days.

  Please advise.

  Hi ttvegan,

  I’ve checked your account and a refund for £60 was sent on 13-May-2017. You can view a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  The domain costs haven’t been refunded as it was cancelled outside of the refund period — but I can restore the domain to your account for you.

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to process and show up on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer. The money has been sent from our end so if it hasn’t reached you after 14 business days, please contact your bank and give them the transaction ID on your refund receipt. They should be able to tell you whether they are still processing it.
