Re-register a previous domain name

    I previously registered a domain name with WordPress which expired in October of 2019. How can I re-register this name again?

    We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    What is the domain name you’re referring to?

    This is a public forum, which means anyone with access to the internet can see the credit card details and transaction ID which you had posted above. I’ve removed that sensitive information from your post.

    growingourvillage.com is currently registered with us, so it’s not possible to re-register that domain. That domain was last renewed in September 2019, and has not expired as you said in your first post.

    But that domain belongs to a different account than the one you used to post here. You need to be logged in as that other account to access the domain and the site it’s connected to.

    If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/. You can use the transaction ID appearing in the receipt you pasted here on that form to verify your ownership, then someone will follow up with you via email to help you regain access to the account.

    Thank you for your help. Although I had not posted any credit card details with the transaction and I’d number.
