    I had already begun chatting with someone in regards to this issue request #5207479, but we did not finish the process since I had to end the chat. The automated emails from my website are still not working, I am unable to send any emails after purchases are made.

    Hi @pegasuscollection1! I see you were able to respond to that ticket, and open a chat and another ticket since then. And it seems to have been resolved — or at least taken as far as we can go — in the last chat.
