  Is it possible to change the site name? If yes, how? Would be keen to change the name.

  Hi! Sure thing. We have a tutorial here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

  As long as the address you want is available, you’ll be able to change the site. Also, if you wish to keep the old address, let us know right away so we can restore it (as a blank site.) After 30 days, the address will no longer be available.
