  アップデートしなさいと言われて、フォルダをバックアップしましたが、アップデートしたらサイトが消えてしまいました。バックアップしたWordPressのファイルをォフルダーごとアップロードしたいのでやり方を教えてください。

  I was asked to update and backed up the folder, but after updating the site disappeared. I want to upload the backed up WordPress file together with the folder, so please tell me how to do it.
