  Hi, there I am a Web Developer, we are having a major problem we need to uplaod our AI homepage design theme but, this keeps giving us 403 error or the page is expired, please kindly assist it is urgent.

  You can’t upload a custom theme on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the WordPress pro Plan.
