Re-use deleted website address

    In my first go at creating a website I made all sorts of mistakes and was getting frustrated trying to undo the mistakes I’d made. Instead, I deleted the site and created another which I am very happy with and I would like to rename the new website with the old deleted address, but it won’t allow me to. I assumed at the time that there may be some timeout period elapsing before I could do this, but this doesn’t seem to be the case. Can anyone please advise? Thanks!

    The authors have deleted this site.

    If you are talking about the above site then having clicked past all the warnings about site deletion being permanent I’m afraid that address can no longer be used.
