Reached 1 in queue……then it dropped me back to start

    This morning I tried to access Ocado Online to edit an order. The site was closed for maintenance so I awaited until a page appeared saying I was in a virtual queue. I eventually reached no 1 in the queue with 1 second to go and the green van icon had reached the end. I then expected to be taken through to the home page automatically but instead was dropped back to 13,567 in a queue with a two hour wait. Why is that and how should we proceed in that case ?

    What is the URL of the site you need help with?

    You’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We can only help you with issues regarding your WordPress.com username account, or sites you own that are hosted on our servers.

    We don’t offer any queue functionality like what you describe on WordPress.com. It’s possible you’re speaking of a WordPress.com site that has that functionality added via a plugin, but that would be managed by the owners of that site, not us – we just provide hosting services for sites on our servers, and are not involved with managing the sites themselves.
