  Hello, one of my followers would like to react on my blog. I tried several things to get it done, but the follower still can’t react on my blog. Can you please help me?

  See the support page Enable and Disable Comments.

  Have you checked “Allow people to post comments on new articles” at Settings > Discussion (or the equivalent in Dutch)?

  If that item was checked after you created some posts and pages, then you will have to allow comments on those individually as described in the support page.
