What’s the site you want to reactivate? I don’t see a site ever created on the account you’re using to contact us.

Looks like you had the domain believingjoy.com registered for that site. Since that domain has already expired you need to log in that account (@believingjoy) and register it again.
Please note that in order to do so, you’ll need an upgraded plan as domain registration is now included in all of our plans and cannot be purchased separately.
