    I have a blog that I stopped using a couple of years ago and would like to start blogging again. I need to renew my account but can get into it to make any changes

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? You mentioned “jolynnsmountainmama” but I was not able to connect that to a site so if you can remember the specific URL we are happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
