I have reviewed the account that you’re using here. It has been activated properly. There aren’t any purchases associated with it though. Do you remember the URL or domain that you paid for? I think it must have been registered under a different account than the one that you’ve used here.

The domain is connected to a different WordPress.com account than the one you are contacting us from. Please log out of
