Reactivate previously purchased domain?

  I bought ChadTreanor.com then couldn’t renew the domain at the time of renewal but now that I’m ready to renew again the upgrade form shows ‘ChadTreanor.com is already taken’ so I’m not sure where to go to repurchase my previously owned domain name. Please help. Thanks in advance, Chad

  When was the upgrade originally purchased?
  When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation, or the domain expiration take place?

  Hi there,

  That domain was removed from our system on 30 December 2016. We have no control over that domain any more and we’re not able to restore it for you.

  The domain shows as available for me if I try to add it via My Site ->Domains, which means our registrar has already released it and it’s available to register again. If it’s showing as taken for you, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try searching for it using a different browser.
