Reactivating an inactive account

    Hello,

    Our account has been inactive for over 3 years now. We would like to reactivate it at this time.

    I am the new administrator for the Solageo blog. My email address is a registered address with the blog.

    We previously paid US$99.00 annually. I am unable to identify what our payment options might be at present. Once I am able to confirm the payment amount for the agreed-upon plan, I can add a credit card and authorize payment.

    So, can someone advise, please, how to proceed to reactivate our account, set up a new Administrator, if necessary (myself), confirm the available plans (same as the one we had before?) and the monthly or annual payment amount?

    Sure thing. The first thing we need to know is which site or blog is associated with the account. From there we can send an email to the owner and hopefully they’ll get that email and write back to us.

    Otherwise, y’all will need to provide proof of ownership in order to gain access to the account and reassign the administrator role.
