reactivating domain

  hi there.

  I set up heideninstitute.com with you guys on October 19th. A few months later I deleted it because we are going to hire professional web designers. (I know, I know). It looks like it is now in a redemption period with Wild West Domains.

  I called them to see about purchasing it back/reactivating it but they said I need to speak with Word Press since I ‘purchased’ it through you. (I believe it was my one free domain with my premium subscription).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore heideninstitute.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

  Hi there. We’ve heard back from our domain registrar, and they were able to redeem the domain. I’ve just sent a message to the email address associated with your WordPress.com account with information on how to pay for the redemption fee.
