  How can payment be made for reactivation if the admin/user allowed to make payment is not available

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  What exactly are you trying to pay for?

  Only the account that owns an upgrade can manage that upgrade. That includes renewing the upgrade. We cannot allow any account to make changes to an upgrade they don’t own, even if the account is an authorised user on the site.
