Reactivation pf suspended of Website under construction that is not yet launched

    When I logged into my website that is under construction, I the following message

    ‘urhobodigitallibrarymuseum.wordpress.com is no longer available.
    This blog has been archived or suspended in accordance with our Terms of Service.
    For more information and to contact us please read the message in your dashboard’

    I do know what terms of service I have violated, and how I can access the site again to complete the design and launch it
