  Hi there,

  You can remove any followers that you find objectionable here: https://wordpress.com/support/followers/#how-to-remove-a-follower

  However, because your site is public, and available on the internet for anyone that wishes to view it, there isn’t a way to prevent someone from following (subscribing to) your site. To do that you would need to turn off subscriptions on your site.
