Really annoying impossible to fix error

    Hello,

    I keep getting the “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection” error.

    I have tried to follow all the steps listed in the other posts about this. I am not able to access my settings–>general or support, it just keeps popping up that message and giving me a blank white screen.

    At the jetpack page, it says everything is okay and I am unable to do anything to disable it. :(

    I don’t see an error on your site’s backend and your site is loading fine on my end.

    However, since you’re on the Business plan it’s best to contact our support team at https://wordpress.com/help/contact so they can help you resolve any issues that you might have.
