Reauthorization_required: A fresh access token must be used to query information

  I am trying to access the endpoint for Get current user’s connected applications. – WordPress.com Developer Resources, but I am getting a 401 exception stating: Reauthorization_required: A fresh access token must be used to query information. Even though I have provided a fresh access token, it still shows this exception. Please help me with this.
