rebranding/ transferring from one theme to a new one

    Hello, I own a wordpress website for my small home business, I now want to rebrand my business and would like to ask if I can transfer my current website to a new one(theme etc…) is it possible? does WordPress offer a web design service? thank you. Barbara

    In terms of content (page, posts, etc.), you can move your site over to WordPress.com for sure. However, you cannot transfer your theme over, especially if it is on a self-hosted WordPress.org site. However, what is your site URL and what is the theme that you were using? It may be a theme that we already have and you can simply activate it when you move your content over.

    In order to move your content from one WordPress.com site to another, please visit our support pages on exporting and importing your content.

    If you are looking for someone to build your site, WordPress jobs is a great place to post for assistance. Another popular place is Codeable. At both places you can post your site needs and budget, as well as search for developers that match the criteria you are looking for.
