Rebuild WP site from loose files

I have all the files form my WordPress site, previously hosted by another company. BUT they do not appear to be EXPORT files. Can I rebuild my site?
I have a folders titled ‘WP-Admin’ full of files; ‘WP-content’ Full of Files; ‘WP-includes’ full of files and a bunch of loose files, mostly .php. This is what the company gave us I a zip file when we asked for our site content.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
