reCAPTCHA keeps repeating

  Trying to login to my website but the reCAPTCHA keeps repeating.

  I tick the human box, check all the pictures and then verify, I get the green tick but when I click continue it goes back to the are you human step and this just keeps going around in circles.
  I have tried three prospers, two computers, also turning off VPN and firewall. But still no joy.
