Receive the receipt of the cancelation of my plan that was made due to a misunderstanding of what features I would get and all the ones I would loose with a paid plan.

I can confirm your plan has been cancelled and refunded.
Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:
