    What is the upgrade you are referring to, and what is the exact URL of the site the upgrades are on? I can only transfer an upgrade if the current owner requests it, so I’ll need you to post here as the other username to confirm.

    Please don’t post transaction IDs in the forum. That is private information that can be used by anyone to gain access to your account. You shouldn’t share that information in a public space like the support forums.
