  We received a receipt (ID: 22444290) can you please forward us either a VAT receipt or a VAT invoice for our records?

  Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com.

  The Premium Plan on the site you indicated is owned by the username, gatewayenterprise.

  Please ask that user to contact us via live chat, and to have their EU VAT number and business address handy, as both of those need to be verified before we can issue a VAT invoice.
