Receipt – section Billed to

We have a little problem with our receipt. On Friday November 21, 2014 we have payed for a domain and we got the receipt with incomplety information in the section – Billed to. Can you add there a full name and address of the company that we have already written there? This information is needed to us to process this payment on a proper way.

Provided your are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade > the Billing History page, available under Dashboard > Store > Billing History lets you review all transactions you made with WordPress.com, including payments and refunds. That is where you can print out your own receipt. http://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/

As timethief mentioned, the user who purchased the domain can find the receipt under Store > Billing History in the site’s dashboard here:
https://literacentar.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=billing-history
The user can click “View/Print” to view the receipt. They can click on the “Billed to” section to add or edit the information listed there before printing the receipt.

Hi there,
If you’re logged in with your username kristinazucko, you won’t see all of the billing details there, since that username/account wasn’t the one that purchased the domain. Only the user who purchased the domain will see all of the billing details there, so that user will need to log in to do that.
