Receive email for comments that aren’t in comments

    Hi – we have emails notices turned off. Still we are receive emails from the site (that are in the maillog) but the comments do not show in the comments.
    We have checked the site for malware and it’s clear. Turned off all comments.

    Do you have any suggestions on what may be happening.
