Received Charge to Inactive Account

I am reaching out because you have charged my card for an inactive account. I had previously gone to my settings and managed my account settings to disable the card on file because I no longer wished to continue my subscription. You emailed me twice saying that there was no valid debit on file because I disconnected it from my account. Somehow, the payment processed even though I already cancelled this blog account. I cancelled hosting through hostgator as well.
However, due to some issue, it seems that I have still been charged. Please let me know how I can go about receiving a refund for this account. It is not active and I had also previously cancelled the hosting package a few weeks ago.
