Received Comment on my post BUT my website is not launched!

One person subscirbed to my website , which is NOT launched yet. This person was able to read a post ( that is actually still a draft) and comment! How can I prevent that please?

Are you speaking of https://daydreamdivers.com/? That site appears launched to me, as I can access it in my browser.
That said, that site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, just connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin, so we have no control at all over it. If it’s not meant to be visible online yet, that’s something you need to ask your hosting provider, Bluehost.com about.
For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
