Received partial refund, not whole refund.

    This past January, I bought a personal bundle subscription. I ended up moving to a different website host, so I have no been active on WordPress for months. I just received an email that I was auto-renewed for a year subscription (only 11 months after the original purchase). I tried to cancel and get a refund, but I was only partially refunded ($10.88 out of $35.88). Is there a way for the entire refund to be processed? I canceled only a couple hours after the auto-renewal. Cheers.
