Receiving email when new comment is posted

  I want to add another user, in addition myself, to be notified via email when a new comment is posted. How do I accomplish that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Other site users will not receive comment notifications unless they a) have written the post, or b) have followed the site and opted-in to receive notifications for all comments on the site. Following the site will only launch notification emails for published comments, not comments in the moderation queue.
