receiving ‘invite not sent, user has blocked…’

  A friend has tried repeatedly to invite me as an editor to his blog. I have tried to ensure that I do not have any settings that should prevent me from being able to receive emails, but I cannot seem to make this work.

  Thanks for that. I don’t see any pending invitations from that account, but I also don’t see anything on your account that would be preventing the invite from being sent.

  Could you ask your friend to reply here or reach out via https://wordpress.com/help/contact so we can ask them for some more details?

  Hi, admin of the site here.

  I’ve tried to send the invite a few times to his address already, but his name keeps turning red with the pop-up box “user blocked invites”. I have added plenty of people to the site before, so I’m not sure what the issue could be from my end.
