Receiving notification for an old blog to which I do not have admin access to

  Hi I am receiving notifications for one of my old blogs which i believed i already requested for deletion a long time ago (not sure of this one because that has been a long time ago so i have forgotten about it) I can still view the site.. But i have no admin privileges to it nor it is listed under MY SITES.
  I either need to have access to this or I need this site deleted. Can you help
