Reclaim Website name

  I was looking to contact customer care directly… but this is all I got apparently. With that out of the way, here’s my issue:

  About one year ago, I purchase my site’s domain name here. However, it was to complex for me to design my site, so I switched to an easier host/service. However, with that switch, I could not use the domain name which I had registered here. At the time this name was RomonWrites.com . I was told to wait until the name becomes active again. However, it has been one year, more or less, since that time and my name is still not available. How do I reclaim my name?

  I checked some whois services and romonwrites.com is available.

  Thank you for responding.
  However, when you say ‘available’, I imagine you mean available to use. But I tried to use the name before posting my initial message and it’s ‘unavailable’.

  Do you know what could have caused such an error if I am to take what you’ve said into account?

  That domain is no longer registered and is available for sale.
