  My name is Esmeralda Herrero, I recently realized that VaultPress is making an annual charge for a page that we have not used for more than 5 years, we have been paying since 2015 for a service that we are not having because there is no website here associated for this plugin. I would like you to please help me by refunding the last charges. Attached is payment support for the last year.
