Reclaiming my domain

Hi, I missed an email on April 13 informing me that I had 13 days to reclaim my domain name, which had expired on March 14. The 13 days expired yesterday and now my site doesn’t work anymore. Can you advise me on how I can reclaim the domain name asap? I don’t see anything under ‘Manage Purchases’ that seems to let me do this. Thanks!

I’ve emailed a payment form your way for $18 to cover the annual domain registration fee.
There’s a request in to our domain partner to renew the domain on their end. Once we hear back from them we can get it restored to the account as long as you’ve made that payment.
