Hi there,
Are you receiving an error when attempting to reconnect the site to JetPack? I see it connected via JetPack on our end currently.
Are you still having any trouble? If so, I can disconnect and you can try reconnecting again.
Let me know, thanks!

I looked further into the site on my end and it is now saying that it is disconnected. Please follow our support guide to see if you can disconnect the site on your end, assuming it is still connected.

Let me know if you receive any errors.
Thanks!

Hi!
The problem is that there are now 2 entries for lushy.com on wordpress.com.
There is an old one and a new one. I need to connect to the old one (with many followers), and delete the new one. I can’t seem to do that through the UI. Can you do it on the backend?

Hi there,
Okay, I was able to get to the connection point for lushy.com. I can officially now disconnect JetPack from my end. Just confirm that you would like me to disconnect that you can try to connect the site correctly.
Thanks!

Okay, I disconnected JetPack from your site. Try to reconnect and see if you have any success. Thanks!

Looks like you deleted the wrong entry. I need the one with all the followers and the stats that go back years. Can you bring that one back and delete the newer one?

There was only one JetPack connection for lushy.com.
Is the WordPress.com account that you are contacting us from the account you want to connect the site to?
You can reconnect JetPack by going to http://jetpack.me I don’t have access to your WordPress.org site, so you’ll need to do it on your end.
You can find instructions on how to install JetPack here:
Thanks!
