  Can you tell us a bit more about the trouble you are having? I do see that at one time you had the Premium plan as well as the domain creamnsugargoldens.com registered under your account, but it appears that the most recent renewal was in October 2020, but I do not see that it was renewed for 2021. Because of this your domain has expired. See: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  I see you have added the Pro Plan to your account, which includes a free domain name. Have you tried re-registering your domain here? It appears to be available still: https://wordpress.com/domains/add/creamnsugargoldens.wordpress.com
