  I installed a theme and now I cannot get into my account because it says critical error. I have no access to the email that was used to set it up so I cannot contact WordPress to ask for help. Is there a way to recover my account?

  Can you share the domain name so that we can understand what website this is about? The first step is in identifying whether this is a wordpress.com hosted website or if it’s a self-hosted WordPress website.
