Recover cancelled domain

  Hi, I’ve accidentally cancelled a domain and need help recovering the it through wordpress, it’s still available for me to select but I have to repurchase it – I’ve already paid for it today, I didn’t mean to cancel it – is there a way to do this?

  I’ve accidentally cancelled a domain and need help recovering the it through wordpress

  I’ve been able to restore the domain for you :)

  You have already been partially refunded for your plan ($9.88), so I’ve sent a payment request for that amount. Once we’ve received the payment I can restore the plan and domain to your site.

  Thank you so much! I really appreciate it :)

  I was initially hoping to use this domain for a wordpress website, however I’ve found an external website might be of easier use for the client (theknot.com/us/kerys-and-josh) and would like the domain to point there. Is there any way you can help me redirect it there? If not that’s okay, I am already super appreciative of your help!

  Absolutely! The name servers can be changed to point to another site:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/

  Once the domain has been added back to your site, the nameservers can be updated.
