Recover deleted domain

  Hi – I deleted a domain I created (with a free offer from Premium) called biomehq.app.
  
  I deleted it because I couldn’t work out how to create a new site with it (rather than link it to my current website) which is what I want to do.
  
  Is it possible to have this domain restored or can you tell me when it will be released again for repurchase?
  
  And is it possible to use the domain to create a new website rather than have it linked to my current website?
