Recover domain

  How do I recover my domain? I was trying to change the name but I delete it and do I have to pay again for a name when I already made a purchase for 2 years?

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of antropologiasubversiva.com?

  You cancelled that domain yesterday, so you no longer own it. Custom domains are registered for a year at a time, and cannot be changed once registered, but if you cancel it you stop being the owner and can’t use it at all any more.

  If you want that domain back, please confirm, and I can email our registrar to try and recover it for you. I’ll also need you to create a new free site in your account so I can connect the domain to it, otherwise you won’t be able to access the domain’s settings.

  I’ve emailed our registrar to restore the domain. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.
