    Hi there!

    It seems that you disputed the automatic renewal of your domain, WordPress.com Premium plan, and the Google Workspace email accounts with your bank/credit card issuer, which resulted in those subscriptions being canceled.

    We can still renew the domain for you. I just sent you a payment request via email for the domain renewal fee. Please reply here to let us know once you’ve paid using the link. We’ll then restore the domain. Please make sure to do this as soon as possible, as there’s a short window for us to restore the domain without the redemption fee.

    As for the WordPress.com Premium plan, I see that you already have it on your cart. Please click here to go to the checkout page and complete the payment.

    Google Workspace subscriptions can no longer be restored. This is because when those subscriptions are canceled on our end, we transfer them over to Google. So you’d need to set up billing with Google directly on your Google Workspace admin console for future renewals.

    Please let us know once you’ve paid for the domain, and we’ll restore the domain.
