    Hello,
    I believe my domain is in the redemption period and I would like to renew it as soon as possible, but I do not have the option of renewing it in the purchases section. It states ‘You are not authorized to view this page’ when I click on the upgrade now in the Active upgrade section of purchases. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Your domain cofoqueen.com works fine en brings me to your site cofoqueen.wordpress.com. According to whois info your domain expires on 2022-03-02, https://www.whois.com/whois/cofoqueen.com

    Hi there!

    The domain you mention does not expire until next month. The reason why you’re not able to renew it is that it was not registered from the account cofotokun. If you own the other account as well, you will want to log out from cofotokun and log back in using the correct email address.

    From there, you’ll be able to manage the purchases and renew the domain. If the domain belongs to someone else, you’ll want to get in touch with them so they can renew the domain from their account.
