  Hi, I had a website and I didn´t notice when I had to renew the payment, is there any possibility to recover my site?

  Hi there,

  Of what site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites with WordPress.com, and has never purchased an upgrade from us.

  Hi kokkieh,

  My site was http://www.mercedespaez.com
  Probably the e mail I used was (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  I had an administrator anayd and she did everything for me then she left and I change everything but I dont know what happened because I never had the confirmation about the last payment :(

  @mercedespaezinfo as far as I can tell, that site was never here on our servers. It looks like it’s always been at GoDaddy. These aren’t the right forums, but I’ll try to point you in the right direction.

  First contact GoDaddy to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
